Shovel Coffee Roastery is seeking passionate individuals to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you have a love for specialty coffee and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this opportunity is perfect for you. We are currently hiring for multiple roles including Barista, Shift Leader, and Branch Manager to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences through attentive service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
• Assist in day-to-day operations depending on the position
• Lead and motivate team members for supervisory roles

Required Skills and Experience

• Baristas: Minimum of 1 year of café experience
• Shift Leaders and Branch Managers: At least 3 years of experience in café environments or relevant management roles
• Strong passion for specialty coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Leadership abilities for supervisory positions
• Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a professional attitude
