Job Overview

We are actively seeking 15 skilled Baristas and Barista Trainers from Bangladesh to strengthen our team across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a passion for coffee and customer service to join a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all assigned branches.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Train and mentor junior baristas for those applying as Barista Trainers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 months of hands-on experience as a Barista; fresh graduates will not be considered.
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid Iqama with first Iqama transfer completed before joining.

Job Locations and Salary

Positions are available in the following cities: Abha, Yanbu, Al Baha, Al Qurayyat, Arar, and Jizan. The monthly salary offered is 1,500 SAR.
