A prominent retail and hypermarket company in Riyadh is seeking skilled Fresh Food Specialists to join their team. They are currently recruiting for Bakers, Butchers, and Fishmongers to support their fresh food departments with exceptional quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Bakers: Prepare a variety of fresh bread, pastries, and baked goods with precision, maintaining high standards in large-volume baking operations.
• Butchers: Handle meat portioning, cutting, deboning, and presentation while strictly adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Fishmongers: Learn and perform tasks including cleaning, scaling, filleting, and displaying fresh fish and seafood products, ensuring freshness and appealing presentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bakers: 2 to 4 years experience in a bakery, hypermarket, or central kitchen environment.
• Butchers: 2 to 3 years of butchery experience in a similar setting.
• Fishmongers: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards for all positions.
• Effective communication abilities and teamwork mindset are essential.

Additional Requirements

Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia must hold a valid transferable Iqama. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following food safety regulations is mandatory across all roles.
