Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and highly experienced Cost Controller specializing in Food & Beverage to join a newly opened restaurant in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing and monitoring food and beverage costs to ensure efficient operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign item codes and manage system entries accurately.
• Monitor daily food and beverage expenses to control costs effectively.
• Calculate menu item costs by analyzing recipes and portion control.
• Track inventory levels, update stock in the system, and ensure monthly balance closures.
• Conduct daily and weekly stock counts to maintain accurate records.
• Analyze variances between actual and theoretical consumption to identify discrepancies.
• Manage wastage, spoilage, and theft control through the system.
• Review supplier invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, store, and purchasing departments.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports to support management decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cost accountant or cost controller in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and cost analysis.
• Ability to work with accounting and inventory systems efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various teams.
