We are seeking a talented Commis Chef specialized in bakery to join our upscale coffee shop located in Riyadh. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-end environment, crafting a variety of baked goods while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a range of bakery items including bread, buns, rolls, croissants, stuffed pastries, and savory baked products. This involves dough preparation, shaping, filling, baking, and frying duties, all performed with a focus on presentation, quality, and hygiene.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bakery preparation and culinary techniques related to dough and pastry handling
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Willingness to work an 8-hour shift with a 1-hour break, totaling 9 hours per day
