A top logistics company in Riyadh is urgently seeking Food Delivery Drivers to join their team. Key Responsibilities
In this role, drivers will be responsible for timely and efficient delivery of food orders to customers. Daily targets include completing a minimum of 16 deliveries, with incentives for exceeding targets. Drivers are expected to maintain the company vehicle’s condition, including routine oil changes and general upkeep. Working hours range between 12 to 15 hours daily, requiring dedication and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Saudi private or light transport driving license
- Minimum of 3 months valid Iqama
- Ability to work long hours and meet delivery targets
- Vehicle maintenance knowledge is beneficial
- Note: House workers are not eligible for this position
Compensation and Benefits
The company offers a monthly salary starting at 2,000 SAR, with an opportunity to earn up to 2,300 SAR upon achieving delivery targets. Additional perks include a daily fuel allowance of 35 SAR, accommodation allowance of 200 SAR, and an internet allowance of 100 SAR. Medical insurance is also provided. Importantly, the company supplies a vehicle for work use and covers government fees related to Iqama and work permits.
Additional Information
Immediate transfer of sponsorship (Kafalah) is mandatory for this role, with the company covering the initial transfer cost. Candidates must be prepared for rigorous delivery schedules and demonstrate reliable work ethics.
