Key Responsibilities

As a barista trainee, you will learn how to prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, maintain equipment, and provide excellent customer service. Your daily tasks will involve mastering coffee brewing techniques and contributing to a welcoming café environment.

Training and Compensation

The training period lasts between one to two months, depending on your learning pace and performance. During this stage, you will receive a food allowance of SAR 600. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible for a full salary of SAR 1,500 per month.

Working Hours and Schedule

The position requires working 12 hours per day with one day off each week ensuring enough time for rest and personal commitments.
