Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Bakery and Pastry Chefs along with Assistant Bakery and Pastry Chefs to join our team in Riyadh. Candidates preferably from Indian, Filipino, or Nepalese backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

Bakery & Pastry Chef:

• Prepare and craft a wide range of bakery and pastry products adhering to high quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Manage and organize daily production schedules to ensure timely output.
• Contribute to the innovation of new recipes and improve existing culinary offerings.

Assistant Bakery & Pastry Chef:

• Support the preparation and baking of bakery and pastry items while maintaining quality and freshness.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist with managing ingredients and supporting daily production tasks effectively.

Work Schedule & Contract Details

The roles require a 9-hour workday, including an 8-hour shift plus a 1-hour break. Employees will receive one day off per week. Overtime is compensated for any work exceeding the standard daily hours. These are direct hire positions offering a two-year contract with immediate company sponsorship transfer.

Salary and Benefits

The Bakery and Pastry Chef position offers a monthly salary between 5,000 and 7,000 SAR, while the Assistant role ranges from 3,500 to 4,500 SAR. Employees will receive free accommodation and transportation, 21 days of paid annual leave, and medical insurance coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants with prior experience in bakery and pastry preparation who demonstrate strong culinary skills and attention to detail are preferred. Candidates from Indian, Filipino, or Nepalese backgrounds will be given priority, but all qualified applicants are welcome to apply.
