Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Assistant Chefs to join our expanding team across various branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on pizza and bakery preparation, requiring hands-on expertise with traditional dishes such as Manaeesh and Fatayer, as well as pizza-making.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Chef will be responsible for preparing and assembling bakery items and pizzas, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. Although dough and bases are provided from our factory, candidates must expertly handle the preparation, assembly, and finishing processes to deliver outstanding products.

Required Skills and Experience

• Solid experience in preparing Manaeesh, Fatayer, and various types of pizza.
• Strong understanding of basic bread and dough preparation techniques is essential.
• Proven ability to pass a practical test in product preparation and assembly is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar culinary role.
• Possession of a valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship (Transferable Kafala) is mandatory.
