We are urgently seeking a skilled Assistant Bakery and Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for candidates of Filipino or Nepalese nationality who are passionate about baking and eager to contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist the Head Pastry Chef in all aspects of pastry and bakery preparation. Your duties include baking and decorating a variety of pastries and desserts, ensuring each product meets high standards of quality and consistency. You will help manage ingredient preparation, monitor inventory levels, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. Additionally, supporting the training of junior staff and participating in the creation of innovative pastry recipes will be part of your daily tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in bakery and pastry preparation, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques, pastry decoration, and recipe execution.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills and willingness to learn and train others.

Employment Details and Benefits

The position is based on an 8-hour workday with a 1-hour break, totaling 9 hours. Overtime hours beyond this will be compensated according to company policy. Employees are entitled to one day off each week.

Benefits include free accommodation and transportation, 21 days of annual vacation, and medical insurance. The contract duration is 2 years with direct company sponsorship and immediate processing of transfer.
