Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an Assistant Bakery and Pastry Chef based in Riyadh. This role is open for local applicants, preferably Filipino, Indian, or Nepalese candidates. The position offers a competitive salary ranging between 3,500 and 4,500 SAR per month with direct company sponsorship and a two-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Bakery and Pastry Chef will play a vital role in the daily kitchen operations, which includes:

• Preparing and baking a variety of bakery and pastry products to high-quality standards
• Ensuring products maintain optimal freshness, appearance, and taste
• Adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
• Supporting production processes and managing ingredient inventory efficiently

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position requires working 8 hours per day, with an additional 1-hour break, totaling 9 hours onsite. The employee is entitled to one day off per week. Any work exceeding the 9-hour daily schedule will be considered overtime and compensated accordingly.
