Job Overview

A newly established coffee shop in Hafr Al Batin is urgently looking to hire 15 male baristas from the Filipino and Nepalese communities. This is an excellent opportunity for baristas eager to join a dynamic team and contribute to a growing business. Candidates should be ready to start immediately and are expected to complete a three-week training program before transferring their sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with consistency and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Engage customers with friendly and professional service
• Follow health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation
• Manage inventory for coffee supplies and report any stock shortages

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a barista, particularly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
• Ability to adapt quickly during the initial training phase
• Male candidates from Filipino or Nepalese backgrounds are preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The salary package ranges between SR 2,200 and SR 2,500, depending on experience and skills. The employer also provides company housing and transportation, ensuring a comfortable and convenient working environment.
