We are urgently seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager specializing in Projects to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role specifically targets professionals with extensive experience in petrochemical and oil & gas construction sectors, focusing on expanding our civil construction project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing civil construction projects within the petrochemical and oil & gas industries, with project values ranging from SAR 5 million to SAR 30 million. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth are key components of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 7 years of proven business development experience in petrochemical or oil & gas construction projects.
• Track record of successfully closing civil construction projects valued between SAR 5M and SAR 30M.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Requirements

• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Availability for immediate joining.
