The company is looking to fill multiple vacancies for male and female candidates in the following roles. Duty hours typically consist of an 8+1 or 11+1 schedule, with salaries ranging as listed.

• HVAC Technician (Male) – 30 Vacancies – SAR 2,800 to 3,000
• Electrician LV (Male) – 30 Vacancies – SAR 2,800 to 3,000
• Electrician MV (Male) – 30 Vacancies – SAR 2,800 to 3,000
• MEP Technician (Male) – 100 Vacancies – SAR 2,800 to 3,000
• ELV Technician (Male) – 30 Vacancies – SAR 2,800 to 3,000
• Housekeeping Supervisor (Male) – 30 Vacancies – SAR 3,500 to 4,000
• Housekeeping Supervisor (Female) – 30 Vacancies – SAR 3,500 to 4,000
• BMS Technician (Male) – 20 Vacancies – SAR 2,500 to 2,700
• Plumber (Male) – 20 Vacancies – SAR 2,000 to 2,200

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring safe operations, and maintaining the overall functionality of various building systems. Supervisors will oversee housekeeping teams, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have relevant maintenance experience in their respective fields and hold a transferable Iqama (expired Iqamas will be considered). Strong basic communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic are necessary. Physical fitness and the availability to work on site are mandatory for these hands-on roles.
