We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a focus on demand and planning to join our supermarket team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring the seamless flow of products across all retail locations. The successful candidate will oversee replenishment, inventory management, and purchase order processes to guarantee product availability and support promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock availability to meet customer needs across various stores.
• Coordinate replenishment and maintain inventory control to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Oversee purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts and allocate stock effectively to support sales promotions.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams to align supply plans with business goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a supermarket supply chain or retail inventory management role.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory control, and purchase order execution.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and adjust planning to optimize stock levels.
• Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a supermarket environment is essential.
• Candidates must be available for a local transfer within Saudi Arabia.
