We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join a reputable Catering and Housing Services company based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the catering, accommodation, housing, and camp services sectors. The position offers full-time employment and is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales within related industries.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will own the entire sales cycle, from identifying new prospects to closing contracts and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include:
- Generating new business and driving B2B sales initiatives
- Managing client relationships across corporate, government, and project accounts
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and coordinating contract details
- Following up after contract signing to handle invoicing, payments, and service quality
- Conducting client meetings, site visits, and delivering presentations
- Managing contract renewals, upselling services, and achieving sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields (preferred)
- Between 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in catering, hospitality, facility management, accommodation, or similar B2B services
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
