We are urgently seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury dining establishment in Al Khobar. Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor, your main duties will include supervising baristas and servers to ensure smooth daily operations. You will manage staff schedules and attendance, maintain high service standards, and provide training to enhance team performance. Additionally, you will monitor overall branch activity, handle customer satisfaction concerns, report operational issues to management, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary of up to 4,300 SAR, with the final amount to be discussed during the interview. Work hours consist of 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break, totaling 9 hours of duty, and you are entitled to one day off per week. Any hours worked beyond 9 will be considered overtime and compensated accordingly.
