Job Overview

We are actively seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position is exclusively open to female candidates of any nationality. The successful applicant will play a key role in managing client inquiries, preparing cost quotations, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate project proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage inquiries from clients in a professional manner
• Prepare detailed quotations adhering strictly to company policies
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers using the company catalog to determine accurate pricing
• Ensure proposals are submitted promptly and meet quality standards

Required Skills

• Proven experience in quantity surveying or estimation roles
• Strong knowledge of quotation preparation processes
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with both clients and suppliers

Requirements

• Female candidates only, open to all nationalities
• Must have valid Iqama with transfer eligibility
