Job Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Quality Manager to strengthen and enhance our quality management system within the oil drilling sector. This key role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives to support sustainable and effective company growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality management system. This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing risks, and leading quality improvement projects that meet both client and certification requirements. The role also involves coordinating and conducting internal and external audits to uphold the highest quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the oil drilling industry.
• At least 3 years in managing quality systems with proven expertise in quality management tools and methods.
• Thorough knowledge of quality system standards and related industry regulations.
• Strong command of English with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Experience in leading or participating in internal and client audits, system certifications, and major quality enhancement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who are bilingual in Chinese and English and have demonstrated leadership in quality projects will be highly regarded.
