Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oil & Gas EPC cross-country pipeline projects in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of managing complex projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while adhering to industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, revenue management, billing, and cash flow monitoring on a monthly basis. This role involves close supervision of budgets and performance metrics to prevent and address any deviations throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be required to meet quarterly and annual progress targets aligned with budget constraints.

Driving profitability through innovation and strategic planning is essential. You will motivate and lead site personnel, coordinate with Contracts and Claims teams to pursue justified claim submissions, and manage all contractual communications with clients and consultants. Planning, estimating, and ensuring efficient use of site infrastructure and resource mobilization will be key to success.

Compliance with company standards such as the Kalpataru Code of Conduct, KPIL values, ABAC policies, and relevant Standard Operating Procedures is mandatory.

Required Skills and Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s cross-country pipeline sector within the oil and gas industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Strong project management capabilities including budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and progress tracking.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers and technical staff.
• Advanced technical understanding of cross-country pipeline construction and maintenance, integrating the latest industry technologies and standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, facilitating collaboration with government entities, local communities, and various project partners to ensure compliance and project success.
• Expertise in health, safety, and environmental management tailored to oil and gas pipeline operations.
• Business acumen with experience in identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships in the Saudi market.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree with over 20 years of relevant experience in EPC cross-country pipeline projects within Saudi Arabia.
