Networks and More Company is seeking a meticulous Logistics and Operations Supervisor to oversee daily office operations focusing on logistics coordination, customs clearance monitoring, and system management. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is vital for ensuring seamless workflow and accurate operational data within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customs clearance processes and tracking shipment statuses. This includes working closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to maintain smooth operations. Managing inventory records using the Phenix System, updating stock levels, and ensuring data accuracy in the system are essential duties. Additionally, preparing comprehensive logistics and operations reports for management review, maintaining shipment documentation, and supporting daily office operations are critical functions of this role. Adherence to company procedures and operational standards is expected to ensure compliance throughout.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal applicant will bring experience in logistics, operations, or customs clearance follow-up activities alongside strong office management skills. Proficiency with ERP or accounting software is necessary, with familiarity in the Phenix System considered an advantage. A solid understanding of inventory control and strong organizational and communication skills are important. The candidate must be efficient in meeting deadlines and managing tasks within a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates possessing hands-on experience with Saudi Arabia’s logistics and customs procedures will have an edge. Holding a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related discipline is also preferred.
