Job Overview

We are currently looking to hire two Project Supervisors to join our team in Taif and Riyadh. This role involves managing on-site project activities to ensure timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards and efficient coordination of field staff. The salary for this position ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 SAR, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidates will oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring all activities are aligned with the project schedule. They will supervise field workers directly, report progress and any issues to management, and manage the allocation of resources as needed. Maintaining compliance with safety regulations on-site is a vital part of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have professional proficiency in Arabic, including fluent reading and writing skills. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role on-site is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving capabilities, and effective time-management skills are required to succeed in this fast-paced environment. Additionally, candidates must possess a transferable Iqama to be eligible for immediate employment.
