Job Overview

Lumenix Electrical is seeking a warm and approachable In-Store Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers at our showroom and retail store, helping them find the right electrical products under the Vivante brand. As part of our sales team, you will provide excellent customer service and support daily operations for both wholesale and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the store. Your main duties include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that fit their requirements. You’ll clearly communicate product features, prices, and ongoing promotions to guide purchasing decisions. The role also involves preparing invoices, processing transactions smoothly, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure product availability. Maintaining the store’s cleanliness and organizing shelves will be part of your everyday tasks. Providing prompt after-sales support and handling customer inquiries professionally are essential elements of your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; however, a Bachelor’s degree is a valuable plus. Previous experience in retail or sales environments will be advantageous. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to effectively assist and persuade customers. A basic understanding of electrical products will help you better serve our clients but is not mandatory. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed is important to meet business demands.
