We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservations Coordinator to become an essential part of our hotel sales team based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing reservations, responding to sales inquiries, and supporting our hospitality services with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Hotel Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, managing reservation reports, and maintaining effective client follow-ups to ensure smooth booking processes. Coordination between departments and customers will be crucial, along with assisting the sales team to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.

Required Skills

• Minimum of two years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry roles.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications for reporting and correspondence.
• Familiarity with hotel sales systems or booking platforms is an advantage.

Requirements

• Applicants must be of Filipino or Indian nationality.
• Previous work experience in hotel sales or hospitality sector is mandatory.
