We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to manage and guide our operations team. This role involves overseeing daily activities, supporting team members, and ensuring efficient operation flow within the department. Key Responsibilities

The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations and monitoring team performance to maintain productivity and quality standards. You will lead the team by providing guidance and support, addressing challenges promptly, and keeping accurate records. Preparing and submitting performance and operational reports will also be a crucial part of your duties.

Compensation and Work Location

The position is based in Malaz, Riyadh. The salary range is competitive and performance-based, varying between 2000 SAR and 2500 SAR. Compensation will be determined according to skills and performance during the interview process.
