The ideal candidate will have a solid 20-year track record exclusively within the Kingdom’s construction market, bringing strong expertise in managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This leadership role demands deep knowledge of the Saudi contracting landscape, a well-established client network, and proven business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of the contracting business, ensuring that projects within the 50 million SAR annual value range are successfully delivered. Responsibilities include maintaining client relations, driving business growth, and ensuring all commercial and industrial construction projects meet quality and timeline expectations. Strategic planning and execution will be key to sustaining and expanding the firm’s market presence.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 20 years of hands-on experience exclusively within the Saudi Arabian construction contracting industry.
• Proven expertise managing commercial and industrial construction projects with annual values around 50 million SAR.
• Strong business development skills and a solid network of industry contacts across the KSA market.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
• Deep understanding of local market regulations, construction standards, and client expectations.
