Alosos Alraqya Contracting Est. is seeking an experienced female Business Development Executive to join our team on a freelance basis. This role offers a commission-based structure with an opportunity for a long-term business partnership. If you have a strong network in Riyadh’s construction industry and can identify and bring in fit-out and MEP projects, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to leverage your existing connections within the construction sector to source new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential projects, establishing relationships with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and project owners, and driving projects towards successful acquisition. While you focus on business development, our team will manage project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the construction, fit-out, interior design, or MEP sectors.
• Strong existing network and contacts in Riyadh’s construction industry, including developers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Proven track record in bringing in new projects, both small and large scale.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
