We are seeking a skilled Field Supervisor to oversee irrigation operations for a reputable employer in Saudi Arabia. This role demands proven leadership in managing field teams, ensuring irrigation work aligns with client requirements, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity on site. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of relevant experience and solid organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing and directing field personnel involved in irrigation projects. Daily tasks include coordinating irrigation schedules, supervising the execution of landscaping and irrigation activities, and confirming compliance with client specifications and safety standards. Maintaining effective communication channels between the field team and management while ensuring timely project progress is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of five years professional experience in irrigation or landscaping services, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma can qualify with over ten years of experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Fluency in English, including spoken, written, and reading, to effectively communicate and document daily operations.
• Strong leadership abilities, workforce management skills, and the capability to guide and motivate a diverse team in field settings.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, landscaping techniques, and general service operations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, coupled with the necessary supervisory experience, or possess a high school diploma with extensive hands-on experience in irrigation management roles. The ability to handle multiple responsibilities and demonstrate problem-solving skills on site is crucial to success in this position.
