Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value HVAC projects, leading both the technical and commercial tendering processes. This includes developing energy-efficient cooling solutions aligned with industry standards like SASO and ASHRAE. Maintaining strong relationships with consultants, industrial developers, and end users throughout the Eastern Province is essential for sustained business growth.

Negotiations of complex contracts worth multi-million SAR values will form a crucial part of this role, requiring strong business acumen. Additionally, managing the sales pipeline with the help of CRM and project monitoring tools will ensure transparency and accountability at every stage.
