We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in structural, civil, MEP, fit-out, or landscaping projects who are eager to leverage their network and industry knowledge to secure new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the structural, civil, MEP, fit-out, and landscaping sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate project acquisition.
• Develop and implement strategies to secure contracts and expand the company’s project portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development specifically related to structural, civil, MEP, fit-out, or landscaping projects.
• Extensive network and contacts within the relevant industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to foster lasting client relationships.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently on a commission-based role.
