Description
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our growth team. The ideal candidate is a “hunter” by nature—someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and driving revenue.
As a BDE, you will be the face of our company to prospective clients, responsible for the front end of the sales cycle and ensuring a robust pipeline of new business.

Key Responsibilities
* **Lead Generation:** Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling (LinkedIn).
* **Market Research:** Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify untapped niches.
* **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* **Pitching & Presentations:** Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition.
* **Pipeline Management:** Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) meticulously to ensure accurate forecasting.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align outreach strategies with brand goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (SaaS experience is a plus).
* **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be able to explain complex ideas simply.
* **Resilience:** A thick skin and a positive attitude toward rejection; you view “no” as a step toward “yes.”
* **Tech Savvy:** Proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/Teams).
* **Negotiation:** Proven ability to handle objections and negotiate contracts effectively.
