We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist with expertise in MEP and Fit-Out projects to join our expanding team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying growth opportunities, fostering client relationships, and winning new contracts within the construction and interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities within the MEP and Fit-Out sectors. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers will be essential. The role involves participating in tender processes, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams such as estimation, engineering, and project management. Additionally, the specialist will conduct market research to track potential clients and upcoming projects, prepare compelling presentations and commercial offers, and sustain a robust sales pipeline to meet targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development specifically within the MEP, construction, or fit-out industry.
• In-depth understanding of the construction market and project tendering procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong writing and verbal skills.
