Job Overview
We are currently looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities and cultivating client relationships within the MEP and interior fit-out sectors. This role demands a strategic thinker who is skilled in navigating the construction industry and adept at securing new contracts to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Identify and pursue new business avenues in MEP and Fit-Out project markets.
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property developers.
- Participate in the preparation of tenders, proposals, and facilitate project acquisition processes.
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients and upcoming project opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with estimation, engineering, and project management teams.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed business development goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development within the MEP, construction, or fit-out industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction market along with a strong understanding of the tendering process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) being mandatory.
