A leading contracting company based in Dammam is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with specialized knowledge in HVAC Chiller Systems, including Air-cooled, Water-cooled, and District Cooling solutions. This position requires a strong presence in the Saudi market, particularly within industrial, hospitality, and large commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will bring between 12 to 20 years of expertise, especially in managing complex projects and driving sales growth in Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in spotting high-value HVAC projects and managing the full tender process from technical evaluation to commercial bid submission. You will be responsible for promoting energy-efficient cooling solutions compliant with SASO and ASHRAE standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, industrial developers, and end-users is essential, along with negotiating multi-million SAR contracts successfully. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts using CRM tools and project monitoring systems to track opportunities and ensure sales pipeline performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 12-20 years of business development experience focused on HVAC chiller systems in the Saudi market.
• Deep technical understanding of chiller plant operation and energy efficiency requirements.
• Proven ability to manage and win tenders for large-scale industrial, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Strong network connections with key industry stakeholders in the Eastern Province.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the capacity to close high-value contracts.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools for sales tracking and reporting.
