We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving growth through innovative solutions in integrated security systems and project management. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

• Identify and drive new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Develop tailored integrated solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Audio-Visual systems, and Structured Cabling.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting potential clients to closing deals.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners to support long-term business growth.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver competitive, solution-oriented proposals that meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within security systems or low current solutions sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets consistently with a proven track record.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with integrated security solutions such as CCTV, access control, or AV systems is highly desirable.
