Job Overview

A leading Contracting firm headquartered in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in ELV Systems, Fire Suppression, and Smart Building Automation/Building Management Systems (BMS). This role demands a seasoned professional with 12 to 20 years of hands-on experience within the Saudi market, especially serving industrial and large-scale commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities related to integrated security, fire safety, fire suppression, firefighting, and smart BMS solutions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and end users, primarily in the Eastern Province. Utilizing your expertise of KSA Civil Defense (HCIS) regulations, you will ensure all proposals comply with local standards. The role requires actively managing the sales pipeline using CRM and tendering software to track progress and conversion rates for high-value contracts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive knowledge of ELV Systems, Fire Suppression, and Smart Automation in building management.
• In-depth familiarity with Saudi Arabian Civil Defense (HCIS) rules and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong network within the consulting and development communities in the Eastern Province.
• Proven ability to secure contracts worth 30 million SAR or more annually on a consistent basis.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and tender management tools to drive transparency and efficiency in sales operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical fluency combined with excellent business acumen is highly desirable to excel in this role. Candidates who have demonstrated success in managing large-scale bids and long-term client relationships in KSA’s industrial and commercial sectors will stand out.
