We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to enhance our construction team’s growth in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the construction industry and a demonstrated ability to grow business through strategic client engagement and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships within the construction and infrastructure sectors, and securing contracts that align with company goals. Driving revenue growth through innovative business development strategies will be a primary focus.

• Proven expertise in business development and client acquisition within construction.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
• An extensive network in the construction and infrastructure industries.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in business development, ideally in the construction field.
• Possession of a transferable Iqama is mandatory.
