Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives and a Manager to join our team in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in securing projects related to civil construction, particularly within the oil and gas, as well as industrial sectors. Expertise in heavy equipment rentals and CCTV & surveillance systems will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new civil construction projects in oil, gas, and industrial sectors.
• Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure project acquisition and business growth.
• Develop strategies for expanding heavy equipment rental services and surveillance system projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within civil construction, oil and gas, and industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment rental markets and CCTV/surveillance system sales is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving license and transferable Iqama are highly preferred.

Work Location

This position is based in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, requiring candidates to be available for immediate engagement.
