YSG Contracting, a well-established company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, has been serving the Kingdom since 2005. Specializing in the supply, fabrication, and installation of temporary camp facilities and comprehensive maintenance services, the company is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will focus on expanding operations within the Drilling, EPC, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities throughout Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include promoting YSG Contracting’s diverse services such as industrial support, civil, electrical, mechanical maintenance, HVAC solutions, steel structures, and waterproofing services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors is essential. The role also requires conducting detailed market research to uncover new projects, tenders, and client prospects while preparing and delivering professional presentations to promote company offerings. Achieving sales and development targets is a critical performance goal.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development within the industrial, oil & gas, or EPC sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market, including knowledge of contractors and vendor registration processes.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is advantageous.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to meet set targets.
