Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive with a strong background in Medical, Healthcare, Insurance, or Manpower Recruitment. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a minimum of three years’ experience in sales and client acquisition within the relevant industries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic and currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Saudi market. You will lead efforts in client acquisition and retention, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business development goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of proven business development or sales experience in Medical, Healthcare, Insurance, or Manpower Recruitment sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• Existing client network within the industry is highly advantageous.
• Ability to generate new business and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Candidates should be currently located in Saudi Arabia to be considered for this position.
