Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive specializing in manpower rental services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in securing contracts for manpower supply, a deep understanding of the Saudi market, and a robust network of clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive business growth across multiple key industries.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects in manpower rental and contract staffing. This includes targeting clients in sectors such as construction, oil and gas, logistics, facility management, and various industrial services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with procurement, HR, project management, and operations teams is vital.

Additional duties include preparing detailed quotations, proposals, and manpower supply agreements, as well as negotiating contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions. Coordination with operations and recruitment teams will ensure efficient manpower deployment to meet client expectations. Consistently achieving monthly sales and business development targets will be an integral part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience in manpower rental, contract staffing, or outsourcing, preferably within Saudi Arabia. A well-established client network in the Saudi market and proven success in closing manpower supply contracts are essential. Comprehensive knowledge of manpower categories, pricing strategies, mobilization processes, and client requirements will be highly advantageous.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are crucial for this role. Proficiency in English is required, while Arabic language skills are considered a plus. Holding a valid Saudi driving license is preferred, enabling flexible client engagements across Riyadh and the broader region.
