Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Asset Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the fixed assets across hotel operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities

The Asset Manager will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive oversight of all fixed assets within the hotel environment. This includes managing the Fixed Assets Register, conducting regular inventory audits, and reconciling asset records to guarantee accuracy.

• Manage the Fixed Assets Register across hotel operations and ensure all assets are correctly recorded and updated.
• Oversee periodic inventory audits and perform reconciliations to maintain accurate asset tracking.
• Supervise the receipt, tagging, and proper documentation of assets as they enter the facility.
• Control handover and takeover processes between different departments to ensure smooth asset transitions.
• Monitor asset movements, including disposal and replacements, securing approvals as required.
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align asset management processes with organizational goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and local regulations governing asset management.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must bring a solid foundation in hospitality asset management. Key qualifications include:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing assets within the hospitality sector, with a strong focus on hotel operations.
• Expertise in inventory control and conducting thorough audit procedures related to hotel assets.
• Proficient in ERP systems and capable of generating detailed reports related to asset management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage asset data effectively.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia, enabling prompt integration into the team and operational environment.
