We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to oversee and optimize the handling of assets within our construction projects in Riyadh. This role focuses on tracking, maintaining, and controlling construction equipment, tools, and site assets efficiently across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company assets throughout various project sites, ensuring proper allocation and recovery while maintaining accurate documentation. You will monitor asset conditions and utilization to maximize operational efficiency and coordinate closely with project teams for seamless asset management and reporting.

• Oversee the tracking and management of assets across all construction sites
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records and documentation of all assets
• Monitor the usage and physical condition of equipment and tools
• Collaborate with project teams to allocate and recover assets as needed
• Implement controls and provide regular reporting on asset status
