Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive / Sales Operations Executive to become a vital part of our team. Key Responsibilities

• Download account statements from dashboards and reconcile invoices with corresponding payments to ensure accuracy.
• Generate Credit Notes for deductions, refunds, and adjustments in a timely manner.
• Monitor payments and follow up to ensure all invoices are settled promptly.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations and maintain precise financial records.
• Manage daily sales order entries within SAP and perform related reconciliations.
• Track daily orders closely, update Google Sheets regularly, and escalate any operational issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline sales and finance workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability in both financial and operational reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP and a strong understanding of reconciliation procedures.
• Familiarity with payment gateways and finance operations management.
• Background in sales operations, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational aptitude.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Valid Iqama (Family Visa or Work Visa) is required.

Compensation
