Job Overview

Mod+Partner is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This on-site role involves leading design projects from initial concept through to successful completion while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Design Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating deliverables, and facilitating communication across various teams. Duties include preparing detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), tracking action items to ensure deadlines are met, reviewing drawings and documents before they are submitted to clients, and monitoring project risks, delays, and overall progress. Maintaining accurate documentation and version control is also a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in design or project management within engineering consultancy or architectural firms. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to effectively manage projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and resolve potential project risks are important for success in this position.
