We are a well-established engineering consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Architect with expertise in Revit to join our team for an exciting project in Riyadh. This role demands a professional with extensive consulting design experience to contribute to innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading design efforts, creating detailed architectural plans using Revit, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project specifications align with client requirements. Your role will involve mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, particularly in consulting environments
• Proficient in using Revit for architectural modeling and documentation
• Strong understanding of design principles and construction documentation
• Ability to deliver projects that comply with local regulations and client specifications
• Excellent communication and coordination skills within a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama
• Immediately available to join
• Open to candidates of any nationality
