Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from initial concept through to construction and final approval stages. This role requires comprehensive expertise in design, visualization, building permits, and site supervision, ensuring alignment with client expectations, Saudi regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Architect, you will guide the entire architectural design process, from concept development to detailed construction documentation. Your duties will include preparing and reviewing all architectural drawings, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, and developing innovative design solutions. Additionally, you will oversee project execution on site, manage architectural teams, coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, and ensure compliance with all technical and regulatory standards.

You will also take charge of managing permit applications through the Balady platform and Riyadh Municipality, ensuring all documentation and approvals comply with Saudi building codes and local requirements. Maintaining close coordination with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines is essential to resolve any design conflicts and achieve seamless integration throughout project phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management within engineering consultancy firms.
• Proven expertise in architectural design, supervision, and project delivery.
• Strong skills in sketching, conceptual design, and advanced 3D visualization techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations, with hands-on experience in obtaining building permits through Riyadh Municipality and Balady system.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software tools.
• Excellent leadership abilities combined with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
