Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Junior BIM Modelers specializing in MEP and Architectural disciplines to join our growing team in Riyadh. If you have 2-3 years of experience and are looking to contribute to impactful projects, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure model coordination and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in the development of digital construction documentation.
• Support MEP or architectural teams depending on your area of expertise.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant BIM modeling experience in either MEP or architectural fields.
• Valid transferable Iqama or ability to work on a temporary basis in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
