We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with over 12 years of experience, preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a Master’s degree being an advantage. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and driving the organization’s business architecture and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Architect will be responsible for developing and enhancing business architecture frameworks that align with the company’s strategic goals. This includes defining operating models, leading process transformation initiatives, and ensuring enterprise alignment across different units to support overall business growth and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in business architecture or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong expertise in business strategy development and execution
• Proven ability to design effective operating models and manage process transformation
• Experience in aligning business architecture with enterprise objectives and stakeholder needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
