Job Overview

Archonomic Design & Build is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with specialized expertise in Interior Fit-Out projects to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is tailored for candidates with a strong background in producing detailed shop drawings and interior detailing for commercial, hospitality, office, retail, or high-end residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive interior fit-out shop drawings including joinery and furniture details.
• Develop accurate ceiling layouts and reflected ceiling plans.
• Prepare wall elevations and detailed interior sections focused on materials such as marble, wood, metal, and glass.
• Coordinate closely with site teams and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Produce precise construction drawings that align with project specifications and site requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience specifically in interior fit-out drafting, with a strong portfolio of related work.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, capable of generating highly detailed and accurate documentation.
• Deep understanding of construction details, site coordination, and implementation of interior fit-out projects.
• Experience working on commercial, retail, office, hospitality, or upscale residential interiors is highly preferred.

Important Details

This opportunity excludes candidates focusing on MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general construction drafting without interior fit-out specialization. Immediate transfer services are not provided. Transfers, if applicable, will be considered only after successful probation completion and performance evaluation. Applicants must currently reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
